I ran a Windows Network Diagnostics and the troubleshoot report said the web server I'm trying to reach is temporarily unavailable. When I tried to sign in, I received the page saying, "This page can't be displayed. ![]() It looked like the site was under maintenance. There were blue hyperlinks where there should have been graphics. The graphics and pictures all were askewed. I typed in the web address,, and page did not load correctly. I have a problem accessing my account in Verizon. I need to know if the problem is with Verizon. There's some sort of communications problem between my computer and Verzion web server. There's not a problem with me signing in the web page is not loading correctly. I cannot access my Verizon account from my home computer. Note: If they have a Verizon wireless account, their contacts will remain backed up at no charge.I originally posted the below message yesterday under Residential Products and Services but think it should be posted here. If you decide to remove a user from a shareable plan, you should first ensure the user downloads all their files to a computer or a portable storage device. They must sign up for their own Verizon Cloud storage account within 30 days, otherwise we cannot guarantee their files can be recovered. The removed user(s) will be immediately locked out.
